Guests must respect the house and clean up after themselves.
Trash pickup: Monday & Wednesday mornings (place bins at the curb the night before).
Yard & pool maintenance: Conducted weekly (guests may need to avoid pool for 30 minutes post-maintenance).
Regular pest control is conducted, but Florida’s sub-tropical climate may attract small critters—keep doors closed.
