Zarko purchased his first short-term rental in 2018 in Largo, Florida, with the goal of achieving financial freedom while delivering an unparalleled guest experience. This passion quickly grew, and as new properties came our way, we dedicated ourselves to maintaining the highest standards while ensuring maximum return on investment.

Jeff, a seasoned local broker with over 30 years of experience in the Pinellas County market and leading a team of 700 agents, has joined the forces to bring a unique offering to the local market. Together, we are proud to provide the first-ever full concierge service for our Pinellas County guests.
